We do not accept returns for change of mind on any jewellery items unless damaged or faulty so please choose carefully. This is due to hygiene reasons as most of our pieces are one of a kind or made to order. We guarantee all of our items for craftsmanship as they have all been quality checked prior. If an item is faulty please contact us immediately after receiving it.

In cases where you have a change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been posted. Please note, any returns postage and laboratory verification fees must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, accompanied by all original documents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised, made to order and customised jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, exclusive, limited edition items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the return postage fee, restocking fee, and laboratory verification processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler will not be accepted.

Diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, or a charge will be deducted from the refund to replace the certificate.

We cannot resize eternity bands and tension rings, as they need to be completely re-crafted. Therefore, it is very important that you order the correct size at the time of purchase. If you need help determining a ring size please contact us.
